Vastu Assessment

Vastu Shastra is the classical Indian science of built space. A floor plan review examines how orientation, layout and proportion sit against its principles, then recommends adjustments that work inside the structure you already have.

What is examined

The framework, stated in advance.

  1. 01

    Principal directions

The eight directions and the orientation of the plot and its entrance.

  2. 02

    Brahmasthan

The central zone, and whether it is kept open and uncluttered.

  3. 03

    Room placement

Kitchen, pooja space, bedrooms, study and toilets against their prescribed zones.

  4. 04

    The five elements

How earth, water, fire, air and space are distributed across the plan.

What you receive

  • A written report with directional analysis of your plan
  • Remedies in priority order, with structural changes marked clearly as optional
  • A consultation session to discuss what is practical in your situation

What to bring

  • A floor plan of the premises (a clear photo of the builder’s plan is usually enough)
  • North marked on the plan, or the facing of the main entrance
  • Whether it is a home, shop, office or other premises, and who uses which rooms

Who this is for

  • You are buying, renting or moving into a property and want it reviewed first
  • You are renovating and want to know what is worth changing
  • You live or work in a space that feels wrong and want a structured assessment

A note on limits. Remedies are advisory. We do not recommend demolition or costly rebuilding as a first step, and a Vastu report does not replace structural, legal or safety advice from qualified professionals.
